$500 for 7 hours
Includes: bar, 2 bartenders ( additional charge $15/hour each), dumpster, bathrooms

Alumni Building:

Track & East End of Fairgrounds:
$1500
Includes: track, grandstands, pit, bathrooms in the food shack, dumpster

West End of Fairgrounds:
$2000
Includes: all buildings west of Pavilion & grounds, dumpster

Outdoor Arena:
$250/all day
Includes: bathrooms, electricity, bleachers, dumpster

EXTRAS:
-use of kitchen $50
-bathrooms (if not included in rental) $50 located in Butler building, $50 in white building up by W show ring
-sound system, call for details
-early set up
$50 setup day before event
$50 tear down day after event

WEDDINGS:

AUCTIONS:
(machinery):$1500 for 1 week
*$100/day after 1 week if machinery isn’t picked up

GRADUATIONS:

BUILDINGS RENTAL:

SALES: (Estate):

GARAGE SALES:
